MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ZAGEL, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a), on appeal from a final order of the United States Bankruptcy Court denying appellant Gowan’s application for fees or compensation for services rendered in the consolidated Chapter 11 cases of three Illinois limited partnerships known as Lefkas General Partners Nos. 1017,1018, and 1020 (“Debtors”).
