This matter is before the Court on Petitioner Marlin Osthus, Regional Director for the Eighteenth Region of the National Labor Relations Board, for and on behalf of the National Labor Relations Board’s (the “Board”) Petition for Temporary Injunction (“Petition”) [Doc.
