The court affirms the trial court’s decision to grant judgment as a matter of law to appellee Gordon L. Latney. I would reverse, and I therefore respectfully dissent.

Appellant Andre V. Fisher, Jr., brought this action, claiming that Mr. Latney negligently caused a car accident in which Mr. Fisher was injured. At trial, Mr. Fisher testified that the accident occurred when he was changing lanes.
