Appeal by plaintiffs from an order granting a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendant Independent School District No. 742, a municipal corporation of Minnesota, and denying a motion for summary judgment made by plaintiffs against said defendant and from the judgment entered pursuant to such order dismissing plaintiffs’ complaint as to said defendant.
