Complaint is made by appellant that at the hearing had at the time of the entry of the interlocutory decree the court received incompetent testimony, the tendency of which was to put a construction upon the contract that is inconsistent with its terms. "We deem it immaterial to inquire whether this is so or not, for the rule is, that on the hearing of a bill in equity the court will consider only such evidence as is competent, and that the admission of incompetent testimony at the hearing is no cause for reversal, provided the competent evidence in the record sustains the decree.
