Kramer D. Arnold, administrator of the Estate of Howard A. Brown, deceased, has filed his petition requesting the removal of Emily F. Loose, administratrix of Warren L. Loose, deceased, as such administratrix for failure and refusal to prosecute an action against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, insurance carrier for Warren L. Loose.
