TALIAFERRO, Judge.
Plaintiff sustained serious physical injuries when a truck owned by the Ouachita River Lumber Company, Inc., operated by L. L. Stewart, an employee, on which plaintiff was riding, left the highway and ■collided with a ditch hank. He sues to recover damages, and impleaded Stewart, the Ouachita River Lumber Company, Inc., hereinafter called the lumber company, and its public liability insurer, American Surety Company of New York.
