Plaintiff, George C. Brandewiede, brought this action against defendant, Emery Worldwide, alleging that defendant failed to pay plaintiff a finder’s fee for services rendered in connection with an aircraft leasing arrangement between defendant and a third party, Polaris Aircraft Leasing Corporation.
