OPINION OF THE COURT

MARTIN, Judge:

A military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted appellant, consistent with his pleas, of one specification of aggravated sexual assault of a child and one specification of abusive sexual contact with a child, in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 920 (2006 & Supp. I 2007) [hereinafter UCMJ].
