Christopher DeLeon appeals the district court’s dismissal of his complaint as barred under Heck v. Humphrey. 1 DeLeon’s complaint sought damages under section 1983 from the City of Corpus Christi 2 and its police officer, Billy Collins, for false arrest, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, illegal search and seizure, and use of excessive force.
