ADJUDICATION

On June 17, 2010, a criminal complaint was filed against John Paul Klingel (“defendant”) for disorderly conduct and harassment. A summons was issued on June 18, 2010, and defendant appeared at a preliminary hearing on August 2, 2010. At that time, defendant signed a waiver of counsel, waiving his right to be represented by an attorney, and the charges were held over for court.
