This is an appeal from a judgment awarding respondents Mineo Oil & Gas, Inc. and Charles F. Doornbos as Trustee for the Charles F. Doornbos Revocable Trust damages for breach of gas purchase agreements against petitioner, El Paso Natural Gas Company. As to Mineo, the principal issue is whether the Uniform Commercial Code’s good faith obligations apply to its final release of its agreement with El Paso.
