MEMORANDUM OPINION
RONALD S. BARLIANT, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Debtor, Modern Steel Treating Co., has moved the Court to modify its confirmed Plan of Reorganization. The Grahams, who are shareholders of the Debtor, as well as holders of unsecured claims, have moved to compel the execution of an agreement referred to in the Plan. The matters were tried before the Court and have been fully argued. These are core matters under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b).
