On March 14, 2012, Plaintiff Sandi Rush brought a civil rights action against four retail defendants, including Forever 21 Retail, Inc. (“Forever 21”), for purported violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”) and related California statutes. (Dkt. No. 1.)
