Gustavus Jackson appeals his sentence after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute one hundred or more grams of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The presentence investigation report calculated Jackson’s offense level at 29, after applying a two-level enhancement under United States Sentencing Guidelines (U.S.S.G.) § 2Dl.l(b)(l) and a three-level adjustment under U.S.S.G. § 3El.l(a) and (b).
