SIMEONE, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal by plaintiffs-appellants from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis which set aside jury verdicts in favor of the plaintiffs and which sustained the respondent-Supreme Cab Company’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdicts. Rule 72.01(b). We issued our divisional opinion on September 27, 1977, reversing the judgment of the circuit court. Supreme Cab filed its motion for rehearing.
