On April 20, 1988, Debtor sought the protection of the bankruptcy court by filing a petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Marine Midland Business Loans, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Marine Midland”), filed its Objection to Claim of Exemption (hereinafter the “Objection”) on June 20, 1988, to which Debtor responded.
