This is an action for personal injuries resulting from a fall while plaintiff was a business invitee on the premises of the defendant.

After the plaintiff presented her evidence and rested, the defendant moved for a directed verdict, claiming that plaintiffs evidence failed to establish that defendant was guilty of negligence and did establish that plaintiff was guilty of contributory negligence.
