This is an action by the plaintiff, Inland Industries, Inc., to enjoin the defendants, Teamsters & Chauffeurs Local Union No. 541, a labor organization, and its agents, servants or employees, from picketing the plaintiff’s two hot mix asphalt plants in Kansas City, Kansas. The trial court denied the injunction and the plaintiff has appealed. The defendants have filed a cross appeal from the trial court’s order staying judgment pending appeal and setting bond in the amount of $1000. We shall refer to the parties either as plaintiff and…
