*689In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 75 to stay arbitration of an uninsured motorist claim, the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hart, J.), dated September 15, 2003, which granted the petition.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
In June 1998 the appellants were involved in an automobile accident in Queens.
