In an action, inter alia, to enjoin the defendants from restricting the plaintiffs privileges at Maimonides Medical Center, the plaintiff appeals from a *615judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Krausman, J.), dated May 31, 1991, which, after a nonjury trial, dismissed the complaint.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
