On March 5, 1998, the Court held a hearing in this case to determine the extent of compliance with this Court’s Order entered on January 30, 1998, and on the reasonable award of attorneys’ fees. 1 Plaintiff represented to this Court that Defendants are not in compliance with this Court’s Order of January 30, 1998.
