Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Work, J.), entered September 16, 2015 in Ulster County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to compel reinstatement to her former position.

Petitioner was employed by respondent Saugerties Central School District (hereinafter District) for approximately five years and was responsible for, among other things, maintaining the District’s student and data management systems.
