OPINION

HINOJOSA, Justice.

A jury found appellant, Celestino Villarreal, guilty of the offense of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit theft. 1 After he pleaded true to an allegation in the indictment that he was a repeat felony offender, the trial court assessed appellant’s punishment at twenty-five years imprisonment.
