This dispute was originally before me on August 31, 1988 and September 1, 1988 for a two day trial to consider the breach of contract allegations raised by the Trustee, John Walhout, against the Defendants, TFL, Inc. and Central Transport, Inc. (hereinafter “Central Transport”). At the conclusion of the trial, I found in favor of the Plaintiff and awarded damages in the amount of $227,500.00.
