These are proceedings in equity for the redemption of mortgages given by the complainant, Gladys B. Doyle, to the de*55fendant, Elmer L. Williams, as trustee, which are now held by the defendant, the Aroostook Trust Company, under recorded assignments. The cases were heard together by a single justice sitting in equity, and from decrees of dismissal with costs, appeals are duly claimed and entered.
