Non-party Hermitage Capital Management Ltd. ("Hermitage") moves for an award of sanctions against Prevezon Holdings Ltd., et al.'s ("Prevezon") former attorney, John W. Moscow, Esq., and his law firm, BakerHostetler LLP ("BakerHostetler"). BakerHostetler represented Hermitage in connection with an investigation of a tax fraud in Russia (the "Russian Treasury Fraud").
