Smith was convicted of armed robbery (OCGA § 16-8-41), hijacking a motor vehicle (OCGA § 16-5-44.1), robbery (OCGA § 16-8-40), and aggravated assault (OCGA § 16-5-21). His motion for new trial was denied.
