(concurring). I concur that defendant’s convictions must be affirmed. I write separately to address the broader issue whether, by attempting to maneuver the multifaceted principles of Miranda v Arizona, 384 US 436; 86 S Ct 1602; 16 L Ed 2d 694 (1966), into the simple structure of prison safety administration, we risk shattering both the Miranda rationale and the prison safety structure.
