A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT

“To fix the number of members in the house of representatives of the legislature *413and provide for apportionment of the members among the several counties.
“BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
“Section 1. The house of representatives of the legislature of Alabama shall consist of 106 members distributed among the several counties and representative districts as constituted herein, as follows:
