[1] According to the allegations of the hill of complaint, plaintiff is the owner of three patents for improvements in button setting machines and attachments thereto. It is, and for several years has been, manufacturing and leasing or licensing shoe button attaching machines constructed under its patents, and, in so doing, is and has been engaged in interstate commerce throughout the United States.
