OPINION

WOZNIAK, Judge.

Appellant challenged the revocation, denial and cancellation of his driving privileges. The trial court sustained the Commissioner and, as to the denial and cancellation, we affirm.

FACTS

Appellant was convicted of driving while intoxicated, in violation of Minnesota law, for offense.s which occurred on January 11, 1969, January 21, 1976, and May 6, 1983. He was convicted of DWI in violation of a Bemidji ordinance on April 30, 1974.
