GRAY, Justice.

This appeal is from a judgment awarding appellees damages as the result of a collision of their automobile and a truck in the intersection of Avenue N and Austin Street, in the City of San Angelo.

Appelles alleged that appellant was the owner of the truck; that at the time it was operated by appellant’s agent, servant and employee; and alleged specific acts of negligence on the part of the driver.
