The *828brief for the plaintiff in error says: “The bill of exceptions complains of the following four rulings: (1) That so-called 'policy No. 7’ was a part,of the contract. (2) In refusing to reject the evidence of Jones in reference to 'policy No. 7/ set out on page 2 of the bill of exceptions. (3) The refusal of the court to reject three paragraphs of the response to the notice to produce, -set out on page 4 of the bill of exceptions.
