— The above matter is before the court en banc on the exceptions of defendant, The Prudential Insurance Company of America, to the opinion and non-jury adjudication *264of the court in favor of plaintiff against defendant in the amount of $10,000 under a group policy of life insurance issued to plaintiffs decedent, George Moore, and in favor of Moore’s employer, additional defendant, Young Men & Women’s Hebrew Association.
