The commissioners of taxes and assessments for the city of Hew York originally assessed the property of the relator for the purpose of taxation for the year 1894 at $17,860,712. Hpon review that assessment was vacated and set aside and a reassessment ordered by this court. (146 N. Y. 304.) Thereupon the commissioners of taxes reassessed the property of the relator for that year at the sum of $15,526,800.
