—Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

Petitioner was found guilty after a Superintendent’s hearing of violating prison disciplinary rules prohibiting rioting, interference with an employee and making false statements as a result of his activities during an inmate uprising at Southport Correctional Facility in Chemung County on May 28-29, 1991.
