GUTHRIE, Justice.

Colorado Kenworth, Inc., appellant herein, filed a suit in Natrona County District Court against Archie Meek Transportation Co., appellee herein, claiming the sum of $6473.04 for the balance due after payment and credit for repairs made to two trucks of the transportation company. Appellee generally denied this claim and in addition asserted a counterclaim which was thereafter abandoned.
