This is a Wunderlich Act 1 review casé that comes before the court on cross-motions for summary judgment. As one would expect from the notation of the Wunderlich Act this is a government contract case and it involves a sum of approximately $18,500, plus interest. It comes to us following a full hearing by the General Services Contract Board of Appeals (GSBCA) and, therefore, we are first concerned with the scope of our review.
