A disciplinary action was initiated against Cameron Kingsley Wehringer, Esq., after his participation in a divorce and child custody dispute between John and Audrey Brannigan in New York and Massachusetts. Following a hearing on the complaint against the respondent, the Committee on Professional Conduct (the Committee) filed with this court a petition for the disbarment of Wehringer. We appointed Maurice P. Bois, retired New Hampshire Supreme Court Associate Justice, as a referee to conduct a hearing on the petition under Supreme Court Rule 37(13)(e).
