This is an appeal from a decree of the probate court of the town of North Kingstown, entered July-14, 1913, allowing the first account filed by the executors under the will of Katharine C. Welling, late of said North Kingstown. The appellant, Emily Welling Hayes, being one of the children of Katharine C.
