Amanda P. Bailey, who was a daughter of Joshua Tull, deceased, hereinafter mentioned, together with her husband, Howard Bailey, filed her petition in the court below against the heirs, legatees, and executor of the last will of said Joshua Tull, praying thatthe residue of the personal estate of said Joshua, in the hands of the executor for distribution, after paying the debts, etc., be paid over to her, and on the hearing of the cause it was ordered accordingly. The defendants, the heirs, etc., appeal.
