OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

This is an interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s denial of summary judgment based on appellants’ claims of official immunity, judicial immunity, and sovereign immunity. We reverse and render.

Jesse Morales sued the City of Weslaco and Gilbert Garza, individually and in his capacity as Weslaco Municipal Judge, for slander and interference with prospective contracts.
