MEMORANDUM
KELLY, District Judge.
Presently before the Court is an appeal from two Orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The first Order, dated January 7, 1998, denied Appellant, Equity One Incorporated’s Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay, or in the alternative, to Dismiss the Chapter 13 case filed by Joseph J. Lippolis and his wife, Christine A. Lippolis (“Debtors”). The second Order, dated August 18, 1998, overruled the objections of Appellant and confirmed the Debtors’ First Amended Chapter 13 Plan.
