I. INTRODUCTION
Andrea A. Mullock (“the Debtor”) is the owner of the real property located at 933 Black Road, Gladwyne, PA (“the Property”). She commenced this chapter 11 bankruptcy case on October 21, 2008. It is her second chapter 11 bankruptcy case. 1 Emigrant Mortgage Company (“Emigrant”), a secured creditor holding the first mortgage on the Property, filed a Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay (“the Motion”) on January 16, 2009.
