ORDER

This case comes before the Supreme Court pursuant to a statutory petition for a writ of certiorari filed in accordance with G.L.1956 § 39-5-1. The petitioner, Portsmouth Water and Fire District (Portsmouth), seeks review of the report and order that the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission (PUC) issued in docket No. 4025.
