On January 5, 1935, the plaintiff below, appellee in this court, filed his complaint, making Armer E. Johnson, Benjamin F. Frick, Jr., R. R. Claybaugh, Luther E. Todd, Earl M. Johnston, E. L. Roy, Consolidated Industries Corporation, Free Sewing Machine Company and Landstrom Furniture Corporation defendants. The relief sought was to have the individual defendants, other than Armer E.
