MEMORANDUM
LEGG, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Holly Hart, filed this sexual harassment action against: i) her former employer, Harbor Court Associates, Va Harbor Court Hotel (“Harbor Court”); ii) Werner Kunz, the General Manager of Harbor Court; and iii) her former supervisor, Yves Behrens. Hart alleges hostile work environment and retaliation in violation of Title VII, as well as several state law claims. 1 Before the Court is the defendants’ Motion to Dismiss.
