Appellant filed a claim in the Probate Court of Cook County against the estate of John D. Jennings, deceased, for commissions claimed by him as aerent in and about the sale of certain real estate. The claim was allowed in that court and an appeal taken to the Circuit Court, where, upon trial, the jury was directed to find for the defendant, and judgment was entered upon the verdict. Prom that judgment the case comes here by appeal.
