McPherson v. Ervin

Plaintiff herein was divorced from Ronald Johnson by decree of the circuit court of Genesee county, filed July 8, 1955. Prior thereto the parties entered into a property settlement stipulation which was duly approved by the court and incorporated in the decree. The instant proceeding involves the interpretation of certain provisions of said settlement having reference to the rights of the parties in real estate located in the city of Flint, Michigan.
